Learn that one simple thing Big Entrepreneurs' are doing that is helping them achieve their Business Goals.

Are you sick and tired of making less to no progress at all with your business goals?

Think about this for a moment...

You started your business to create more freedom in your life and spend more time with your loved ones.

But now you are stuck, and you are in a never-ending battle with your "to-do list." It’s as if you cannot make things happen. You know what needs to be done, yet you have not taken action to move forward with your business goals.

I know the feeling. I've been there. For 21 years in the business, it's not always a walk in the park.

When I was starting my membership site called Vision to Profits Women’s Membership, there was a time when I was upset with the members. Every week we have these Forward Focus meetings on Tuesdays and they're not showing up

The good thing is I found help through Richard Ralston. He helped me create accountability systems to build into my membership site that’s why I call him the Chief Encourager.

Richard was instrumental in helping me see that I had put unrealistic expectations on my members. He showed me a simple process of creating a system to get people to show up. It is brilliant and working.

So let's take a closer look at how Richard came up with a simple process to help me deal with the unrealistic "expectations" I had with my members.

The introduction of Policies and Procedures vs. Custom and Practice to me...

Regardless of the policies and procedures that you have in place, there is something that overrides them. It is called custom and practice -- that is what we actually do.

On the other hand, policies and procedures are what we say we do.

Going back to my story about the expectation I had with my members, Richard pointed out that what I'm doing is what we call custom and practice.

Since it is known to my members that we have the Focus Forward meetings every Tuesday, that creates an expectation on my part that they will actually show up.

But thanks to Richard, he helped me implement a simple system to get people to show…

And that is by sending reminders a night before the meetings take place.

It had a massive impact on the results of my show-up rate, and that experience made me realize one important thing about business -- the importance of accountability.

Being personally responsible for your result is important, but having external accountability will keep you on track.

Because here's the thing...

Sometimes there's a difference between what we say we're going to do and what we do and how we behave.

And if there's one thing that you, as a business owner, should always uphold?

It's about being TRUSTWORTHY...

Keep your promise and do the things you say you're going to do.

Be a part of an accountability group.

Surround yourself with like-minded people who will encourage you to do better and help you stay committed to your goals.

It's super important that we have people around us who believe in us, who will hold us accountable for what we say we're going to do. That's what makes the difference.

Remember, those who excel in business and leadership are accountable for their actions.

So what's the magic formula?

Be accountable.

It's that simple.

Got some goals and strategies to achieve? Great!

Time for you now to take action and be accountable.

And who knows?

Achieving your goals is just right around the corner.
